Terms and Conditions
Our objective is to provide the highest quality shopping service available on the Internet, and we will treat customers and competitors alike with respect and honesty at all times. All In-Stock orders are shipped within 2 days, although many are shipped the same/next day.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can place an order online using our secure server, by phone, fax or email. Sales taxes for orders shipped to the state of Maine will be added to all orders. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal and company checks, money orders/bank drafts and, bank checks for payment from within USA and Canada. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit cards through our processing bank. All credit card processing is done offsite. Credit card orders will be pending until your payment is processed, (usually within 30 minutes). When your payment is authorized, your order status will be changed to paid, you will receive an email confirming payment and your order will be shipped. Your Credit Card statement will show:

PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
If you wish to pay by check or money order you can still submit your order online using the Shopping Cart. Select the appropriate method from the Payment Method drop-down list in the Shopping System and refer to the instructions for further details. Your order will be held pending until payment is complete. In stock orders paid for by money order or bank draft will ship as soon as payment is received. Orders paid for by personal or company check will be held pending for up to ten business days for check clearance. In stock orders will ship as soon as the check has been cleared.

Telephone Orders
If you wish order by phone, you can still submit your order online using the Shopping Cart. Select the appropriate method from the Payment Method drop-down list in the Shopping System and call our Order Desk at 1(866) 969-7546 with your order information.

Fax Orders
If you wish order by fax, you can still submit your order online using the Shopping Cart. Select the appropriate method from the Payment Method drop-down list in the Shopping System, download and print our fax order form, (located in the left menu of each page of the site), and fax the form to 1(866) 969-7546.

Email Orders
If you prefer to place an order by email, please send your requirements (Quantity, Part Number and Shipping Method) to sales@BikeSkiDeals.com along with your name and contact phone number, shipping address and phone number (if different). Our sales representative will call you for credit card information. Receipt of emailed orders will be acknowledged by phone or email.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we may be able to cancel it for you.

RETURN POLICY
Refunds (less shipping costs) will be honored if the product is returned within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Products returned after 7 days of your receipt of the item will be refunded less shipping costs AND a 25% restocking fee. (Sorry, no returns will be allowed after 30 days.) All returns must be UNUSED in new condition with all original packaging and tags still attached in order to receive any refund. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Please inspect any product as soon as you receive it so all returns can be processed in the appropriate time frame. A Return Authorization number must accompany all returns. Please email us for a RA# and instructions. Any return that arrives without an RA# printed on the box will be refused. Return to the below address along with the RA# and a copy of your receipt.
